We were commissioned by Wavetech to create an engaging brand film that showcased their innovative Crystal Control Technology®, designed to improve the performance, quality, and lifespan of batteries. The film was intended for a range of purposes, including investor pitches, the company website, social media, and trade shows, and selected scenes were also to be used as live illustrations for articles and other channels.
Working closely with Bouvet, we fine-tuned the script and storyboard to develop a final version that effectively communicated the technical aspects of the technology while making it accessible to a broader audience. As a company with a strong engineering focus, Wavetech had a preference for technical visuals and terminology. However, we successfully persuaded them to take a more abstract and explanatory approach, centred on the electron and sinus curve that underpins the technology, and which drove the narrative and tone of the script.
Throughout the project, we ensured that the final result aligned with Wavetech's brand identity, maintaining consistency with their overall profile. The result was a brand film that was both visually engaging and technically informative, and that effectively communicated the unique benefits of Wavetech's Crystal Control Technology® to a wide range of audiences.
