Citizen-controlled Personal Assistance (BPA) is a statutory right for disabled people in need of assistance.

All Norwegian municipalities are obligated to offer BPA, and there are many good reasons to do so, which we were happy to help Uloba highlight in this information film for their BPA scheme. We aimed to keep a clear, informative and positive tone throughout, as well as creating a film that was universally accessible to all regardless of ability or disability.
